Civil penalties for export license violations have been increased to $250,000 per violation and criminal penalties have been increased to a 20-year maximum jail sentence. If your staff is not aware of what the Export Administration Regulations are, or has not monitored changes in the regulations, then Export Compliance Training is strongly encouraged. This workshop will help you understand export licensing, export documentation, country specific requirements, security, insurance and record keeping requirements.
